Als coach, therapeut of behandelaar weet je allang dat wat er in een koppie omgaat niet alleen effect heeft op het hoofd, maar ook op het hart, onze emoties, ons wezen. Is 1 van deze dingen uit langdurig uit balans, dan heeft dat zo zijn weerklank.
Merk je tijdens sessies dat wat je ook doet, hoe goed je ook coacht of wat je ook inzet, sommige van jouw cliënten alsnog de neiging hebben om in kringetjes te blijven draaien? Niet helemaal helder waarom dat zo is?
